Matt Woodley has been the senior pastor at Three Village Church since 2001.  Matt and his wife Julie and their four children (Bonnie, Mathew, Jon Michael, and Wesley) spent most of their lives in Minnesota (ya, you betcha they did).  Although Matt still roots for the Vikings and Twins and he refuses to use the word soda (“we call it pop in our house”), he loves Long Island life.  And what’s not to love?  His house is surrounded by tall trees, he can walk to West Meadow Beach, take the train to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and drive to Montauk.  He loves the people at Three Village Church.

Besides serving as the senior pastor of TVC, Matt also loves walking with his wife,  watching his sons play soccer and paintball, listening to music (especially his daughter’s music), writing articles for various publications, reading poetry and novels and making soup.  He claims to make the best mulligatawny in North America.
