Bart was born and raised in Arkansas, but don’t let that fool you.  He’s a New Yorker at heart and loves life on Long Island.  Bart came to Three Village in the summer of 2005, from serving churches in Arkansas and Texas as Youth Pastor, College Minister and Worship Leader since 1997.  Bart is a 2001 graduate of the Pruet School of Christian Studies at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where he majored in Biblical Studies and Languages. 

He met his wife, Jenny, at Ouachita, where they were college sweethearts before marrying in 2001.  Bart also attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas from 2001 until 2004.  He is currently studying at the New York Center of Bethel Seminary of the East.  His greatest joy in ministry is teaching God’s Word to students in creative ways, and watching them grow and mature in Christ. 

Bart’s vision for youth ministry at Three Village Church involves seeing families grow and mature in spiritual and relational health.  He is a huge U2 fan and has a penchant for all things Batman.  In his spare time, he loves watching Mets baseball, 24, Lost, and Iron Chef America.  He also loves experiencing life with his best friends—his wife, Jenny, son, Will, and daughter, Becca.
